MOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT FOR HIMALAYAS SKI RESORT – INDIA

As a part of development strategy in India, PGI team provided on-site training for Ski Himalayas and support for the operation of the gondola, as a part of a long-term way of improving technical skills and raising international standards  in mountain business.

In mountain ski resort, we realized several works to implement and monitor customer satisfaction in different segments. For example, we assembled a snowmaking department to ensure a sufficient quantity of snow can be produced by snow-machine. For other part we assembled a snow-grooming department to maintain the quality of the slopes.

Subsequently, PGI centralized and monitored a snow park management department to design and maintain a quality freestyle snow park and also a ski patrol department to ensure the safety of our customers.
