ORGANIZATION AND OPTIMIZATION FOR ARAMON SKI DOMAIN IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PWC

In close partnership with PwC company, PGI Management established successful solutions  for Aramon ski domain.  We provided a detailed analysis and advisory on one of the biggest rationalization processes in the Spanish ski sector.

PGI Management team implemented analysis of the initial organizational model: business units and cross departments.

For this project we also analyzed the impact of organization upon the product quality and initiated the development of impact measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
